ENTRIES:
- Entries close on January 22, 2010 or when the meet
fills.
- No entries will be accepted without payment.
- Faxed entries will only be accepted with a faxed
copy of the entry check.
- The payments must be received by January
22,
2010.
- There will be a limited number of entries.
- Participating gyms who register 50 or more
gymnasts will receive a FREE FLAT SCREEN TV!.

Cancellation Deadline:
| All scratches due to illness or injury will be refunded.
Request for refunds will be accepted until January 22, 2010. After that
date we are committed to expenses and will be unable to refund any entry
fees for any reason, regardless of the circumstances. |

Excalibur
Cup is an international competition and therefore will follow FIG Age
determination rules.
* GIRLS: Gymnast age as/of December 31st, 2010 will
determine competitive age division *
* BOYS: Gymnast age as/of September 1st, 2009 will
determine competitive age division *
